The oven has a heat-up time of 25–30 minutes: the chamber heats up quickly, but the included pizza stone (30.5 x 30.5 cm, 1.2 cm thick) needs time to fully absorb the heat and ensure perfect baking results. Thanks to the air layer between the inner and outer casing, the oven is well insulated. This air is continuously refreshed through the holes in the base, contributing to efficient secondary combustion and maintaining a stable temperature.
