Litra La Saison d’Angelique is a beer with a strong and distinct character, inspired by Belgian tradition. The central element of this brew is the special, semi-wild yeast, which develops complex aromas of old wood and a fine, refreshing acidity. To complete this bouquet, two special types of hops were used: a German one, which brings aromatic notes similar to Sauvignon Blanc wine, and a Japanese one, which offers vibrant accents of lime and a slightly spicy hint of pepper. The result is a balanced beer with a dry finish, making it an excellent choice for warm days as well as for relaxing moments in the cold season.
