This policy regulates the delivery conditions for orders placed on the Istorii cu Cașcaval website and applies to all customers who place online orders.

The company carries out deliveries within the Republic of Moldova, as well as international deliveries, depending on the destination and the availability of courier services.
For international orders, the delivery time and related cost are determined depending on the destination country, the order volume, and the rates charged by the courier service.
Standard orders are generally delivered within 2–3 business days.
For the municipality of Chișinău, the company may also offer same-day express delivery, depending on availability, logistics capacity, and the time when the order was placed. This service may involve an additional cost.
The delivery time is estimated and may vary depending on several factors, including:
the volume of registered orders;
weather conditions;
road traffic;
product availability;
the activity of courier operators.
During busy periods or on holidays, the delivery time may be extended.
For orders delivered in Chișinău, delivery is free for orders exceeding the value of 1000 MDL.
For lower-value orders or for deliveries to other localities, the delivery cost is determined based on:
the distance to the delivery address;
the delivery zone;
the type of service selected;
the rates charged by the courier.
In the case of international deliveries, the transport cost is calculated according to the courier service rates and is communicated to the customer before the final confirmation of the order.
After placing the order, the customer will receive a confirmation by email and/or phone, which may include details regarding the ordered products, their availability, and the estimated delivery time.
The company reserves the right to contact the customer for additional confirmation of the order, clarification of delivery details, or information regarding possible changes related to product availability.
If one or more ordered products are no longer available, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and may be offered, as applicable:
alternative products;
modification of the order;
refund of the amount related to unavailable products.
The final order cost may differ from the initial cost displayed when the order was placed in the following situations:
lack of certain products in stock;
replacement of certain products, with the customer’s agreement;
in the case of products sold by weight / kilogram, for which an estimated price is displayed on the website, while the final cost may be lower or higher depending on the actual weight of the delivered product.
Upon receiving the order, the customer is asked to check the integrity and quantity of the products according to the receipt.
The payment of the order is made according to the actual value of the delivered products.
The available payment methods may include:
online payment by bank card;
payment by bank card upon receiving the order;
cash payment upon receiving the order.
In the case of products sold by weight, when paying by bank card, an additional amount may be temporarily reserved according to the policies of the bank or payment processor, and the difference shall be returned to the user after the final processing of the order, if applicable.
Upon delivery, the order may be accompanied by the fiscal receipt and, where applicable, the documents related to the card payment. Additional fiscal documents may be requested from the operator.
Upon receiving the order, the customer is required to check:
the integrity of the packaging;
the quantity of the delivered products;
the conformity of the products with the receipt or accompanying documents.
Any discrepancy observed at the time of delivery must be communicated immediately to the company representative or the support service.
The company collaborates with reliable courier services and makes every effort to package and transport products under appropriate conditions so that they reach the customer safely.
However, situations independent of the company’s will may arise that may affect the delivery time or conditions. In such cases, the customer will be informed in due time, to the extent possible.
If the customer is unable to receive the order at the established time or within the agreed interval, they may request the cancellation of the order or the modification of the delivery time.
In order to process such a request, the customer is asked to contact the operator at least one hour before the previously established delivery time, indicating the order number or the delivery address.
The company reserves the right to refuse modification of the delivery time if the request is submitted too late or if the delivery is already in progress.
This policy may be periodically updated or modified by the company without prior individual notice, the updated version being published on the website.
