Right of return and refund

This refund policy has been drafted in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 105 of 13.03.2003 on consumer protection.

We want every customer to be satisfied with the products purchased. If it becomes necessary to return a product, this will be carried out under the conditions provided for in this policy.

 

1. Right of return

 

The customer has the right to request the return of products within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, under the conditions provided by the applicable legislation.

Before initiating the return, the customer is asked to contact the company in order to confirm the eligibility of the product for return and to establish the method of handing it over.

 

2. Return conditions

 

In order to be accepted for return, the products must, as far as possible, be in intact condition, unused, and unopened.

Perishable or personalized products may be returned only in cases where they:

show non-conformities;
are defective;
were delivered incorrectly.

Each return request will be analyzed individually, depending on the nature of the product and the circumstances reported by the customer.

 

3. Products that cannot be returned

 

Fresh cheeses and personalized products cannot be returned, except in cases where they are defective, non-conforming, or were delivered incorrectly.

The company reserves the right to request additional information, photographs, or other reasonable evidence for the analysis of the return request.

 

4. Cost of return

 

Products may be returned directly to one of the company’s locations, without additional delivery costs.

If the return is made by courier, the transport cost shall be borne by the customer, except in cases where the return is caused by an error attributable to the company, including:

delivery of a defective product;
delivery of a non-conforming product;
delivery of a product different from the one ordered.

 

5. Refund of amounts

 

The refund of amounts related to products accepted for return shall be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless the parties agree otherwise.

The refund period is a maximum of 7 business days from the moment the returned product is received and verified.

 

6. Cancellation of the transaction

 

The customer has the right to request the cancellation of the order before its delivery by contacting the company by phone or by email.

In the event of a confirmed cancellation before the shipment or handover of the order, the amount paid shall be refunded in full, using the payment method originally used, in accordance with the applicable procedures.

 

7. Return locations

 

Products may be returned or exchanged at the branch from which they were purchased, including at one of the following locations:
