Atu Winery Codrinschii Rosé is a collector's item in any wine lover's portfolio, being the first and only rosé wine produced entirely from the indigenous Codrinschii grape variety. Obtained by direct pressing of the grapes, without maceration, this wine retains a special elegance and a medium chromatic intensity. The aromatic profile is dominated by the freshness of red garden fruits: raspberries, strawberries, and blackberries, subtly complemented by notes of wild strawberries. The high, but excellently integrated acidity gives the wine a lively structure, making it the ideal companion for relaxing moments.
