Aroma and taste:
The wine captivates with an intense ruby color and a rich bouquet, where aromas of black cherries and vanilla intertwine harmoniously. The taste is full and velvety, revealing notes of blackberries, sweet sour cherries, and black cherries, subtly complemented by spicy accents of pepper and cocoa. The long maturation gives it a long, memorable, and extremely fine aftertaste.

Serving recommendations:
It is the ideal partner for robust red meat dishes (beef, lamb, or game) and slow-cooked meals. It pairs remarkably with aged hard cheeses or noble mold cheeses. To express its full potential, it is recommended to serve at a temperature of +14…+16 ºC.
