Aroma and taste:
The wine impresses with a ruby color and intense violet reflections, revealing an aromatic bouquet of black cherries and ripe plums, elegantly complemented by fresh notes of pomegranate. The taste is velvety, fruity, and remarkably balanced, supported by soft tannins and a vibrant acidity that gives it freshness.

Serving recommendations:
This Shiraz pairs wonderfully with traditional Moldovan dishes, such as sheep cheese pie or Sarmale (cabbage rolls) in vine leaves. It also makes an excellent match with soft cheeses (Brie, Camembert) that temper its intensity. It is recommended to serve at a temperature of 16-18°C.
