Codorníu Gran Plus Ultra Chardonnay Brut Nature Reserva is a benchmark sparkling wine, pioneering the use of the Chardonnay grape in the D.O. Cava region. Produced using the traditional method and aged on lees for at least 15-18 months, it achieves remarkable depth and structure. Its "Brut Nature" status indicates that no sugar was added to the dosage, allowing the pure character of the Chardonnay grapes to shine through with freshness and perfectly balanced acidity.

Aroma and taste:
The wine has a straw-yellow color with golden reflections and fine, persistent perlage. Olfactory, it is extremely complex, revealing delicate toasty notes (brioche, nuts) intertwined with aromas of spring fruits such as peaches and cherries. On the palate, the texture is ample and creamy, with accents of green apples, pears, and a long finish with nuances of hazelnuts and horseradish.

Serving recommendations:
It is recommended to be served at a temperature of 6-8°C. Due to its complexity, it is ideal for accompanying a full meal, from risotto and seafood to poultry dishes (such as duck magret) or delicate stews.
