Aroma and taste:
The wine presents a deep red-purple color and a complex bouquet, dominated by intense aromas of blackcurrant and dried plums. These fruity notes are perfectly balanced by elegant tones of toast and cocoa. The taste is full-bodied, with soft and velvety tannins, offering a predominance of black fruits and a long, refined aftertaste.

Serving suggestions:
It is an ideal wine for red meat dishes, game, or hard, aged cheeses. To allow it to reveal its full aromatic profile, aeration for at least 15 minutes and serving at a temperature of 15-18°C are recommended.
