Aroma and taste:
The nose impresses with persistent notes of ripe black fruits – plums, cherries, blueberries, and blackcurrants, complemented by discreet accents of black soil, specific to the region. The taste offers a sensation of a full, fruity body, with bold tannins that excite the taste buds. The three "allies" (grape varieties) contribute to highlighting the taste of candied plums, lightly spiced, in a perfect harmony between acidity and alcohol.

Serving suggestions:
Due to its robust character, this wine pairs ideally with beef, lamb, or game dishes. It is an exceptional companion for hard and semi-hard aged cheeses, such as a Pecorino or an aged local cheese. It is recommended to serve at a temperature of +14…+16 ºC.
