Aroma and taste:
The wine impresses with an intense ruby color and a rich bouquet, where aromas of red forest fruits and blackcurrant meet exotic notes of figs and chocolate. The taste is full and structured, presenting balanced tannins and moderate astringency. The finish is long and fruity, leaving fine nuances of cinnamon on the palate.

Serving recommendations:
Metafora Roșu is a gastronomic wine par excellence. It pairs perfectly with beef steak, smoked meat dishes, and aged cheeses with complex aromas. To allow it to open up, decanting and serving at a temperature of 16-18°C is recommended.
