Aroma and taste:
Visually, the sparkling wine delights with a brilliant straw-yellow color and golden reflections. The nose is subtle and floral, revealing fresh aromas of green apple, pear, and citrus, complemented by a delicate hint of brioche and butter. On the palate, it is lively and harmonious, with persistent effervescence and a clean, mineral finish that leaves a refreshing sensation.

Serving recommendations:
It is recommended to serve at a temperature of 6-8°C. It is an outstanding aperitif, but it also pairs perfectly with seafood, smoked salmon, foie gras, or light fruit desserts. Thanks to its balanced acidity, it wonderfully accompanies aged semi-hard cheeses or fresh goat cheeses.
