Aroma and taste:
Visually, it presents a brilliant ruby-red color. The nose is clean and intense, dominated by fresh aromas of red fruits, raspberries, and ripe plums, complemented by subtle nuances of dried fruits and spices. On the palate, the wine is well-balanced, offering a velvety texture, well-integrated sweetness, and a long, rich finish.

Serving recommendations:
It is recommended to serve at a temperature of 15-18°C. It is the ideal partner for dark chocolate desserts, berry tarts, or creamy cheeses (Brie, Camembert). It also creates a spectacular contrast with blue cheeses (Stilton, Roquefort).
