Aroma and taste:
The wine enchants with a brilliant ruby color and an intense nose, dominated by ripe red and black fruits: sour cherries, plums, blackberries, and currants. The olfactory profile is enriched by noble notes of toasted oak, cloves, nutmeg, and sweet tobacco, with subtle hints of vanilla. The taste is firm, complex, and muscular, with ripe tannins and a vibrant acidity that gives it an aristocratic character and an impressive structure.

Serving suggestions:
As a robust and extractive wine, it ideally pairs with rich red meat dishes: glazed lamb chops, slow-grilled pork ribs, or juicy steaks. It is the perfect companion for aged hard cheeses with intense flavors (such as Parmigiano or Pecorino). Decanting for 20-30 minutes and serving at 16-18°C is recommended.
