Aroma and taste:
The wine impresses with a rich profile of red and black fruits, with distinct notes of sour cherries, ripe plums, cranberries, and blackcurrants, complemented by nuances of dried fruits. Discrete aging in wood adds noble accents of nutmeg, red pepper, and cherry wood. The taste is round and juicy, with vibrant acidity and a long, slightly tonic and refreshing aftertaste.

Serving recommendations:
Due to its high acidity and medium-full body, this wine is extremely gastronomically versatile. It pairs perfectly with roast pork, lamb, or traditional dishes with rich sauces.
