Cartizze represents a small "island" of only 107 hectares in the heart of the Valdobbiadene region, where unique climatic conditions and calcareous soil provide grapes with unparalleled aromatic richness. Rebuli's "Rinaldo" variant is a sparkling wine of noble elegance, obtained through manual harvesting and a slow 90-day fermentation. The result is a wine with an extremely fine perlage and a velvety structure, rightly considered the jewel in the crown of any Italian winery.

Aroma and taste:
The bouquet is complex and extremely fine, dominated by Williams pear, apricots, notes of jasmine and sage, on a mineral graphite background. The taste is intense, creamy and harmonious, offering a perfect balance between fruity sweetness and vibrant freshness.

Serving suggestions:
It is recommended to serve at a temperature of 7-8°C. Due to its complexity, it is ideal as a "conversation wine" or alongside fine desserts, fruit tarts, dry pastries and creamy blue cheeses (such as Gorgonzola Dolce).
