Rebuli Zerogrammi is the pure expression of the Valdobbiadene region, a sparkling wine made from 100% hand-harvested Glera grapes. Its "Zerogrammi" (Extra Brut) character gives it a crisp texture and an intense, uncompromising taste, appreciated for its acacia aromas and fine mineral notes. It has a pale straw-yellow color with greenish reflections, offering a persistent perlage that delights the senses.

Grapes of the Glera variety (100%), fermented using the Martinotti-Charmat method, selected yeasts.

Aroma and taste:
Olfactively, the wine reveals intense aromas of white flowers (acacia), peach, Golden apples, and fine mineral notes. On the palate, it is dry, fresh, and velvety, with a persistent finish reminiscent of raw almonds and wildflowers.

Serving recommendations:
The optimal serving temperature is 6-8°C. It is the ideal aperitif par excellence, but also pairs perfectly with fish dishes, seafood, vegetable soups, or fresh and lightly aged cheeses.
