Aroma and taste:
The wine has an intense ruby red color with brilliant purple reflections. The nose is captivating, offering rich aromas of black cherries, raspberries, and plums, elegantly complemented by notes of black pepper, chocolate, and discrete hints of cinnamon. On the palate, it reveals itself generously, with a sweet entry and round, silky tannins, culminating in a long and balanced finish.

Serving suggestions:
It is recommended to serve at a temperature of 16-18°C. It is the ideal partner for grilled beef (sirloin), lamb, meat tacos, or dishes with rich sauces. It also pairs remarkably well with hard mature cheeses, such as Gouda, Cheddar, or blue cheeses.
