The bouquet opens with a vibrant mix of orchard fruits, such as green apples and peaches, complemented by intense notes of lemon and grapefruit. Its peculiarity lies in the fine, almost saline minerality, derived from the slate soils. On the palate, the wine is balanced, with a "sharp" yet pleasant acidity that leads to a long and clean finish.
