This Sherry vinegar originates from the wines of Jerez and is matured using the renowned traditional criaderas y solera system. Only the oldest part of the vinegar is extracted from the row of barrels at ground level – the solera –, which gives the product an intense concentration, a unique aromatic richness and a deep, balanced taste. The result is a complex vinegar, full of character, ideal for dishes that demand refinement and woody nuances.
