Aroma and taste:
The wine captivates with an intense ruby color and a rich bouquet of ripe black fruits (blackberries, currants, hawthorn berries) intertwined with spices such as red and black pepper. Extended aging brings pronounced aromas of wood, tobacco, and cranberries. The taste is round and full-bodied, where the high alcohol level of 15% is perfectly integrated into a generous body, with fine, velvety tannins and a pleasant acidity.

Serving recommendations:
This is a wine that demands equally exquisite culinary pairings: game, oven-roasted beef with aromatic herbs, or lamb ribs. It pairs masterfully with aged hard cheeses that have intense and spicy aromas. It is recommended to serve at a temperature of +14…+16 ºC, after prior decanting to unleash its full potential.
