Aroma and Taste: The wine has a ruby-garnet color and a bouquet dominated by ripe cherry, black plum and dark berries, complemented by notes of dried herbs and a delicate hint of white pepper. The taste offers a firm and refreshing acidity, a medium body and supple tannins that highlight the fruity core. The finish is long, dry, with a slight minerality that intrigues.

Serving recommendations: To savor its freshness, it is recommended to serve at a temperature of 14–16 °C. It is the ideal companion for grilled veal, lamb with rosemary, mushroom risotto or aged cheeses with an intense flavor from our selection of small producers.
